Staff was very nice with the exception of receptionist Sandra nightmare!. However as everyone else was nice I gave the hotel a good score. Wonderful location, near Marques de Pombal station. Breakfast was average. Room was big. Overall = goos, not luxurios but good would stay there again.

One of the reception staff was very unhelpful, rude and unfriendly. The rest of the staff were good and the location was excellent. Breakfast was average and we will probably stay here again.

Muy buena, además después de estar cambiando los ascensores, que parece una tontería, tenían antes unas puertas que daban unos golpes increíbles al cerrar, perfecto todo, muchas gracias.

Ofrecen parking y realmente son cuatro plazas delante de la puerta del hotel, siempre ocupadas, con lo que no hay parking. Dejamos el coche fuera de los sitios reservados, se lo comentamos al recepcionista, dijo que sin problema y luego nos multaron... cero patatero para el tipo. En la habitación no había ni un solo enchufe para recargar los dispos...
