EL HOTEL ESTÁ MUY BIEN AMBIENTADO Y SITUADO ACORDE CON SU CATEGORÍA DE CUATRO ESTRELLAS. HACÍA MUCHO CALOR EN LAS HABITACIONES Y EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO SONABA MUCHO Y NO REFRESCABA.ÉRAMOS TRES PERSONAS Y SÓLO NOS PUSIERON TOALLAS PARA DOS, LAS RECLAMAMOS PERO NO VINIERON A TRAERLAS EN TODA NUESTRA ESTANCIA. EN GENARAL TODO MUY BIEN Y EL PERSONAL AMABLE.

En general todo bastante bien solo un par de cosas la habitacion, me la dieron sobre las 16.30 de la tarde a esa hora recibì el mensaje de que ya tenía mi habitacion. Y la siguiente cosa esque me llamò la atencion que no me dieran ni jabon para lavarme las manos, el año pasado estuvimos en este mismo hotel y nos dieron hasta cepillo de dientes

Ambientación del Hotel y entorno espectacular. Facilita mucho ir al Parque de atracciones quedándote en el Hotel propio. Trato del personal muy bien.

La habitación grande ya q el peque durmió en cama de matrimonio. La nevera q habia funcionaba mal, por lo demás muy bien. Bueno me parece muy pronto derjar la habitación a las 11 cuando el segundo dia tambien estas en el parque, por lo menos te podian dejar hasta despues de comer.

En la habitación el calor por la noche se hizo insoportable. Nos hicieron aparcar el coche muy lejos de la entrada principal en la zona de carga y descarga de camiones en los restaurantes. Por lo demás todo perfecto. Los niños disfrutaron mucho de las instalaciones.

Me ha gustado. Es muy cómodo que esté dentro del parque, sobre todo si vas con niños. Muy buena calidad del restaurante.

Todo genial. Respecto al hotel estupendamente. Si que en el parque Portaventura ha bajado mucho la atención, amabilidad de empleados, limpieza del parque. Los baños del parque estan muy muy sucios y algunos empleados bastante desagradables.
