Todo bien, excepto que este año no daban el regalo de bienvenida de que era jabones, peine, cepillo de diente, gorro de baño, cuchilla, etc. Que yo daba por echo como todos los años, por lo que no llevé nada de esto.

Hotel muy bonito con una decoracion navideña muy lograda. La habitación esta bien, aunque para 2 adultos y 2 niños es algo justa. La nevera de la habitación solo mantien temperatura, asi que tuvimos que dejar un medicamento en la nevera del bar del hotel...

Todo genial. Esta muy bien tener el hotel dentro del parque cuando vas con ninos pequeños. Puedes ir a la habitacion a dormir la siesta son ellos y al despertar ir de nuevo al parque. Genial la animación en el hotel.

Nuestra habitación no tenía nada de superior. No corresponde a las de las fotos, tenía una cama doble pequeña y un catre sin cabezal para el niño. Muy cutre. Igual que las estándar, pero en la quinta planta, con lo cual, hemos hecho colas interminables en los ascensores.

Un maravilloso hotel con un personal comprometido en su trabajo, simpáticos y amables con todos los huéspedes, desde la recepción hasta la camarera que servía el postre. Nuestra estancia fue perfecta. Muy recomendable para visitar y disfrutar del parque al tener acceso directo. Habitaciones excelentes, nada que objetar. Volveremos. Sobre Quierohotel: Primera experiencia y ha sido excelente. Todo en línea general bien, no tuvimos ningún problema con vuestra reserva de Portaventura.

Todo muy bien, habitación, comidas, entradas. Pero mucha cola para el check in. Perdimos una hora de poder estar en el parque.
