Cerca de la Estación de Chamartín y con el metro justo en la puerta del hotel. Este hotel me resulta muy cómodo por eso, llego al AVE rápido y sin problemas, suelo cogerlo por temas de trabajo. El desayuno me gusta contratarlo porque es variado y así no tengo que pensar dónde ir, las habitaciones necesitarían una reforma pero cumplen con su función. No se puede pedir más por el precio. La atención de los empleados es muy buena y atienden de manera inmejorable. Volveré.

Cuando viajo por negocios, me gusta mucho alejarme en este hotel que está la lado de la Estación de Chamartín y de metro Chamartín. Muy bien comunicado. Buen servicio. Sin duda repetiré.

Habitaciones enormes, aunque las habitaciones traseras del hotel un poco ruidosas xq da a una calle que los jóvenes hacen botellona para entrar al Space. Quierohotel, empresa de confianza y formales. Recomendado 100%.

Siempre que puedo, elijo este hotel por su situación y perfecta comunicación por metro con cualquier parte de Madrid. Suelo viajar por trabajo, y la relación calidad precio y su situación me hacen decantarme por él.

Hora punta en el desayuno. Tuve que subir y bajar a pie porque todos los ascensores estaban ocupados durante más de 30 minutos.

Es un hotel muy bien situado. Pero no permite fumar en ninguna de sus habitaciones. Pusimos en observaciones habitación de fumadores porque pensamos que sí tenía, y no se molestaron en enviarnos un correo o algo avisando, hubiésemos cancelado.
