Está retirado del centro pero es una buena opción. Mi habitación era cómoda y espaciosa. Buen trato de los empleados. Pude disfrutar de la estancia.

El edificio tiene un diseño vanguardista, me dieron una habitación interior, era espaciosa, pero estaba mal iluminada, no que fuera oscura, que lo era, sino que no tenía suficientes luces. El desayuno resultaba caro si no venía contratado, pero desayuné fuera la mayoría de los días. El wifi era de mala calidad, bastante lento. Aunque está lejos del centro, hay paradas de transporte público en las cercanías y por los alrededores hay zonas de shopping.

Atendimento muito mau, pessoal nada simpático e sem qualquer perfil para atendimento ao publico num hotel de 4*. Esquecime do meu estojo de barba e não tinham um kit de barba de cortesia. Conservação não é a melhor. Boa localização e bom pequeno almoço.

Muy bien ubicado. Habitación razonable pero necesitando de unas pequeñas manutenciones. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, pero la temperatura estaba buena.

Está a las afueras de Lisboa, está en una zona tranquila y alejada del bullicio del centro. Se encuentra cerca del aeropuerto. No hay mucho que ver en la zona, sin embargo hay bares y restaurantes.

Ruido en las habitaciones, debido al paso del metro. Realicé la reserva con cuna y cuando llegué no había. Lamentable.

Somos clientes de este Hotel desde hace tiempo, siempre nos han tratado muy bien. Lo recomiendo.

Odiei o hotel, os empregados são super antipáticos, parece que não pagamos o hotel para estar a ser tratado assim. O roomservice funciona muito mal, a noite só está uma pessoa sozinha a tratar dos mesmos, tive que ligar 4 vezes para pedir, que nunca estava ninguém disponível, fiz o primeiro pedido as 00:32, e a comida chegoume ao quarto as 1:42. Não gostei e não pretendo voltar a usar este hotel.

Em geral o hotel é bastante agradável, com alguns detalhes design. Os quartos necessitam de algum refresh na decoração. Pequenoalmoço bom e variado.

El hotel cuenta con una insonoración muy regular y mejorable, contando con que hay 4 vías de tren a 10 metros en las traseras del hotel, circulando día y noche.
