Hotel muy recomendable. Lo mejor la limpieza, amabilidad del personal y ubicación. Lo peor es que las habitaciones necesitan reforma, sobre todo, el baño, en la piscina hay que pagar por las tumbonas, impensable en un hotel de su categoría. En cuanto a conservación del medio ambiente fatal, por el gasto desmesurado de energía y agua. Luego necesitan el trasvase Tajo-Segura y en Castilla nos quedamos sin agua...

Soy celíaca y en este hotel no ha habido ningún problema, son todos muy amables. En recepción te explican todo, y luego el metre y camareros también. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Hotel dos meus tempos de criança onde fui muitos anos com os meus pais e irmã mas que já precisa de uma remodelação. A localização é óptima a comida também com muita fartura e o preço em relação à qualidade é bom!. Não se pode pedir mais!.

Poor service, hotel accomodation not adapted to the size of the hotels, to many people, not enough elevators, bad breakfast as bread could be used as tennis ball, not worth a four star hotel, rooms are very basic, loud and noisy due to poor sound insulation, door slamming can be heard through the whole hotel, poor parking space with a waiting list, ...
