The main disadvantage could be esthetic, due to these will be visible from your room. The scaffolding was not a problem and only partially blocked our view. However we were not informed that the loud noisy work would continue above our balcony until 1945 in the evening or that there would be dust and debris landing on the balcony. The food was good but i think we had been expecting a higher quality from a Parador Hotel.
